Delivery
Delivery is made within 1-4 working days anywhere in the country, from the moment of order confirmation. An order submitted on Friday morning will be delivered starting the following week. You can request delivery on Saturday in the comments field available in the last step of the order.
How much does the delivery cost?
Delivery is made by FanCourier fast courier, in any locality in the country (which is in the FanCourier coverage area).
For abroad orders, the delivery is made by the rapid courier GLS.
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the products, the destination and the method of payment (PO or reimbursement). The delivery cost displayed in the last step of the delivery is final and will appear on the invoice. No other commission will be requested from you at the time of delivery by the courier.
Ocar Serv Srl proposes as a delivery method for customers the following delivery methods:
- FAST COURIER (FanCourier)
The shipping fee is:
– 24 lei for parcel (reimbursement);
– 16.90 parcel (bank card payment). The shipment is made only in the courier’s coverage area! (Do not insist on other areas, outdoor km);
– parcels generally arrive the day after delivery;
– the recipient receives the parcels at the address indicated in the order (if the client wants it delivered at a different address, he/she must specify it).
- Personal pick-up from the Headquarters in Margineni Commune, Margineni village, Bacau County (the client must call in advance – for us to prepare the order).
In all cases, it is very important for you to check the e-mail box (including spam).
After the dispatch you will receive an informative message regarding the delivery.
In the case of customers from whom we had a parcel return, the delivery is made only after the value of the package has been paid in full in the bank account (as well as of the round/return fees from the previous parcels).
